This was announced at the extraordinary assembly of the former Förderverein Logistics Alliance Germany e. V. on March 22, 2023 in Berlin.

For this, the statutes of the association will be amended. The general assembly voted unanimously for the association to use the name Logistics Alliance Germany e. V. The title support association (Förderverein) is no longer required due to the changed structure of the LAG. Since summer 2022, sole responsibility for the LAG has been with association members from the German logistics industry.

Furthermore, the association is open to cooperation with all interested ministries, economic development institutions and clusters at federal and state level in its activities in order to jointly promote German logistics industries abroad.

Until the next general meeting, the association will be managed by four board members, since Anja Sylvester, LaLoG LandLogistik GmbH, has left the board at her own request.
