Together, the Logistics Hall of Fame (LHoF) and the sponsoring association Logistics Alliance Germany e.V. (LAG) want to set an example for the efficiency and innovative power of logistics. This is why both institutions have formed a partnership. With immediate effect, LAG is a member of the Logistics Hall of Fame's large circle of supporters. At the same time, the Logistics Hall of Fame supports the work of the Logistics Alliance Germany e.V.
Both partners use their large network and international reputation to promote Germany as a logistics location worldwide, thus contributing to the competitiveness of the entire logistics industry and further improving the image of logistics.
The Logistics Hall of Fame documents outstanding achievements in logistics, honors its creators and initiates innovations. Supporters of the Logistics Hall of Fame are a group of people, companies and institutions who are committed to documenting outstanding achievements in logistics and to honor the innovators.
LHoF recognizes international personalities who have rendered outstanding services to the further development of logistics and supply chain management. The organization aims to serve as a global platform for documenting the milestones in logistics and honoring their masterminds in order to emphasize the importance of logistics for the economy and society. The non-profit initiative enjoys broad support from social leaders in politics, media, business and science. The patron is Andreas Scheuer MdB, Federal Minister of Transport and Digital Infrastructure.
The Logistics Alliance Germany (LAG) is a public-private partnership project of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI) and the German logistics industry, which has set itself the goal of marketing Germany as a logistics location outside Europe under the claim "Logistics made in Germany". Companies in the logistics industry have joined the Logistics Alliance Germany e.V. association to promote Germany as a logistics location in the interests of all logistics players and to broaden and strengthen marketing measures.
