A delegation headed by Steffen Bilger (MdB), Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure and Coordinator of the Federal Government for Freight Transport and Logistics, travelled to Mumbai, India from 25.02.2020 to 28.02.2020. The 16-member delegation of the Logistics Alliance Germany (LAG) held fruitful talks in Mumbai with representatives and members of chambers and associations. In cooperation with the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), LAG organized an evening event with about 50 participants, which included lectures and a panel discussion in German-Indian composition. LAG also participated in the fair transport logistic INDIA @CTL (27.-28.02.2020) as well as in the fair’s forum. Numerous areas of cooperation were identified with the Indian partners and the needs of the Indian exporting companies were determined.
