This year, the Logistics Alliance Germany (LAG) took part in the TransLogistica Uzbekistan in Tashkent for the first time, hosting its own stand at the exhibition (November 20-22). The LAG stand received significant resonance from visitors, with many discussions held. In particular, the LAG Matchmaking Service attracted a great deal of interest, with demand for logistics service providers that can serve the routes between Uzbekistan – China, Uzbekistan – Russia, and Europe – Uzbekistan.
Amongst the TransLogistica visitors were representatives of logistics and transport companies, exporters and importers of goods and technical equipment in need of reliable logistics partners, as well as English-speaking students interested in the logistics field. Of the 30 exhibitors, only seven stands were from Uzbek companies. The remaining exhibitors came mainly from Russia, China, Belarus and Latvia.
